Shipping policy

We ship our items from multiple warehouse across Canada and USA depending on destination location.

We use multiple carriers and all main scooter items are shipped via courier service to your door. All shipments requires signatures at delivery unless otherwise requested. 

Once items are handed over to the shipping carrier, SmartKick has limited controlled during transit.

We try to ship all orders with 2 business days however, due to developing COVID-19 related challenges it may differ.

Delivery or items depends on your locations and distance from warehouse. General both USA and CANADA you should expect 2 to 6 business days in all main provinces and states. Some provinces, States or remote location may take up to 10+ business days.
